Communication & Customer Service for Healthcare Management

Crimson has forayed into the healthcare industry with a program in COMMUNICATION and CUSTOMER SERVICE for HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT. This program incorporates the various aspects of Customer Relations with a focus on a holistic approach to the learning of the English language in the context of the hospital. Nurses and other healthcare practitioners are taught job related language and life skills such as of Communication, Customer Service, Team dynamics, Time management and Brand Ambassadorship, thus enabling them reach a higher and globally required level of customer service. In keeping with the crimson methodology, the curriculum is functional and formal attributes of the language are woven into the whole learning experience. The lessons are designed with clarity and global comprehensibility in mind to cater to both a domestic and international clientele.
